Calling all women who yearn to be free... who seek safety, nurturing and joy in the company of other like minded souls. Let's join our spirits together as we drum and dance the heart-beat of our Mother Earth, listening to her calling and to the rhythms of our own souls. We will gather in community to drum and dance and share in sacred circle. Experience the joy and healing power of drumming in community! Virginia will guide you through the process of shamanic journeying to help you meet your guides and receive messages for your personal empowerment and healing. Bring your own drum, or musical instrument. Virginia will provide instruments such as crystal and Tibetan bowls, shakers, marimba. Cost: $10.00 per session. 7:30-9:00pm.
